Who we are
Zone In is operated by Zone In, based in the Netherlands. By using this website or the Zone In app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: hello@zonein.app.
The service
Zone In is a daily planning app designed to help people manage tasks without overwhelm. It is available as a web and mobile application.
We offer a free tier and a paid tier (Zone In Plus). Features of each tier are described on the pricing page and may change over time. We will notify users of significant changes to paid features.
Your account
Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zone In, in line with GDPR requirements in the Netherlands.
One account per person
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ·Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- ·Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of Zone In
- ·Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- ·Use automated tools to access the service without permission
Payments and cancellation
Zone In Plus is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by Dutch consumer law.
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first payment, provided you have not used the Plus features during that period.
Your data
Your tasks and personal data belong to you. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@zonein.app.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Zone In available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. On deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
