Analytics data

No analytics without consent

App data

Data you enter in the Zone In app (tasks, zones, settings) is stored on our servers and used solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share it with third parties.

Why we collect it

Analytics help us understand which parts of the site and app are useful and which need improvement. We use this data only to make Zone In better. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given via the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. App account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Third parties

PostHog

We use PostHog for analytics. Data is processed and stored on PostHog EU cloud servers, located in the European Union. PostHog does not receive any personally identifiable information. PostHog privacy policy.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts are requested, your IP address is sent to Google's servers. We do not control this data. Google privacy policy.
