Yes. Zone In is fully functional for free — no trial period, no credit card, no ads. The free tier includes all core features: zones, focus mode, one calendar feed, recurring tasks, and four themes. Zone In Plus adds advanced insights and extras, but the free app is a complete product.

Zone In Plus is the paid tier, coming soon. It adds weekly and monthly insights, unlimited calendar feeds with colour coding, up to 7 task categories, and a momentum sparkline. It is designed for people who want the app to learn their patterns over time. You can try it free for 3 months using the voucher code on the pricing page.

Zone In is a web app — it works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and coming soon. Your data syncs across all your devices automatically.

A zone is a named time block in your day — for example Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. You assign tasks to zones instead of exact times. At any point in the day, you only see the tasks for the current zone. Everything else is hidden. This reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed by a long list.

Yes. Zone In supports calendar integration via ICS feed — compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Proton Calendar, Outlook, and most other calendar apps. Events appear in the correct zone automatically. The free tier includes one calendar feed. Zone In Plus supports unlimited feeds with colour coding. Your tasks and personal data are yours. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Analytics are only collected with your consent and processed on EU servers. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

You can cancel at any time from your profile settings inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to Plus features until then. No questions asked.
